About Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW)

MCW was established in October 2010, as the successor to the previously named ‘Australian Championship Wrestling’, which has ties dating back to the golden age of professional wrestling in the 1960′s and 70′s when names like Mario Milano would frequently wow crowds of all ages.

The MCW roster includes a mixture of both the best talent from around Victoria and top-quality professional wrestlers from around Australia, many of whom have had International experience.

Notable MCW alumni include the former MCW Champion Matt Silva (‘Buddy Murphy’ in WWE), Tenille Dashwood (formerly known as ‘Emma’ in WWE), KC Cassidy (now competing as ‘Peyton Royce’ in WWE) and Evie (now completing as ‘Dakota Kai’ in WWE).
